Air Astana Baggage Policy
Air Astana permits two carry-on bags and one carryon bag respectively within 8kg per bags for Business Class and Economy Classes passenger. The dimension for each bag is 56*45*25cm. In the carryon bag, no sharp objects are allowed in the cabin by the airline. Air Astana offers free baggage allowance for two bags up to 32kg per bag for Business class, two bags up to 23 kg per bag for Economy Sleeper class and for Economy class 1 bag is allowed up to 23kg. Air Astana Pets Policy
Air Astana allows pets to cabin the weight of pets should be within 8 kg. The pets like small cats, dogs, fish, and turtles are allowed by an airline to travel with passengers in the cabin. If the weight of pets is more than 8 kg than the pet is transported in the cargo hold. For domestic flights the cost of carrying pet in cabin cost 15000 KZT and for shipping of pets through cargo in hold cost 18000 KZT and for International flights the cost of carrying pet in cabin cost 56500 KZT and for transportation of pets through cargo cost 68000 KZT. Air Astana launches a membership program which consists of four tiers.
Nomad Club Blue
The first level of membership is Nomad Club Blue which permits online access to personal account and profile. The passenger needs to register without any fee and they are eligible for Nomad Club Blue. The benefits Nomad Club Blue members will get E-News, Promotional Offer, 15000 bonus points and five flighty segment purchases or 4000 flight points without expiry of membership.
Nomad Club Silver
The second level of membership is Nomad Club Silver. For entering in silver plan passenger needs to earn 25000 flight points or 30 flight segments. The members of Silver plans are allowed for Early-check, 25% Bonus Points, and 30000 Bonus purchase points per year. One additional bag allowed which maximum weight is 23 kg for economy and 32 kg for business class with personalized luggage tags. The members will also get 5600 Flight points or 7 Flight segments purchase per year.
Nomad Club Gold
The third level of membership is the Nomad Club Gold. For being a member of Nomad Club Gold the passenger requires 50000 flight points or 60 flight segments. The Benefits are free to reserve seats, access to Business class lounge, Check-in priority, 50% bonus points and priority on reservation waitlist. Two additional bags allowed which maximum weight are 23 kg each bag for economy and 32 kg each bag for business class with personalized luggage tags.
Nomad Club Diamond
The highest level of membership is the Diamond plan. Passenger needs to earn 100000 flight points or 125 flight segments. The main benefits hold by Nomad Club Diamond member is confirmed economy seats at any time within 72 hours before departure.
